We specialise in bespoke trackdays to suit individual requirements of our clients and can combine a range of cars, on any day, at any venue, UK or Europewide, with full management and engineering support, hospitality and facilities. We can create a motorsport experience for 1 driver up to approx. 30 drivers. Team Building Corporate motorsport offers a uniquely exciting and challenging experience, which brings people together to share the experience, break the ice between staff, suppliers and customers and provide each individual with a sense of achievement. Incentives The success of a business depends on the motivation and positivity of its employees, suppliers and customers. Incentives are the best solution to keep motivation, morale and loyalty high. Incentives can be designed to reward people in a number of ways: • Meeting sales targets • Top employee awards • Long service and loyalty • Major customer/supplier rewards • Vendor/distributor incentives • Departmental awards • Competitions Hospitality Topcats Racing have the facilities to provide table seating for 50 guests inside their 8x7m awning. To enhance the corporate image, Topcats Racing have a brand new 2007 custom built race transporter which will attend every corporate track day event. Catering can be arranged to suit the customers budget, be it a hot three course meal or a finger buffet. To further enhance the experience, the host can choose to have music and videos (the companys own promotional videos or Topcats Racing race videos) within the awning. The hospitality area allows guests to relax and enjoy refreshments while waiting for their next turn in one of the racing car. Hosts are welcome to display their own media and company logos within the awning and is also ideal for a pre or post event conference or company presentation (engine noise allowing!). Brand Awareness To increase brand awareness for your corporate clients, branding can be displayed on all the race cars and race transporter. Vinyls can be produced by us to your requirements. You are welcome do display any marketing material. Presentations & Prize Giving To build competitive spirit, trophies are given to the ‘Driver of the Day’ and ‘Best Improver of the Day’ or indeed awards can be given according to the customers requirements. In addition, so that ALL participants are ‘rewarded’, acheivement certificates are presented at the end of the day. Trophies will be engraved according to the customers requirements. Mementos Other than enduring memories of the day, mementos can also be made available, including: • Professional action photographs for drivers to takeaway • Topcats Racing T-Shirts, baseball caps etc. which can be jointly sponsored and designed with the hosts company logo and any captions.
