As we near the V8UK Full Power Launch on Sunday 12th April, we can confirm that a fabulous 20 mile convoy route through the Buckinghamshire countryside, all with left hand turns only to keep the convoy together and some strategically placed people at the junctions to ensure a continuous flow from the Topcats workshop has been set. To record the occasion we will have not only a helicopter but also a drone to film the full length of the convoy before it sets off. We have a 1 1/2 mile avenue on a private estate to enable us to get all cars into formation. We will have a range of V8 products on display including engines on stands, upgrades and parts for your car. Photographer artist, Richard Duckham will be on hand to take photos of your pride and joy and work his magic to make it look truly spectacular. You will be able to purchase the images from a range of different formats incl. banners and canvases. Competitions and prizes will be awarded by the V8UK Club. A catering unit will be here to sell bacon rolls in the morning and fish and chips and burgers for lunch! Free tea and coffee until finishing time at about 2pm. Let’s see how long we can make this convoy! See you there!
Here’s a date for your diary for all V8 owners! The Full Power Launch organised by the V8UK Club will be holding their annual event here at our workshop on Sunday 12th April. The initial plan is to arrive in convoy via a pre arranged route where you tag on and enjoy an early Sunday morning blast and an Earth shattering rumble to rouse the sleepers! With a start time of 9am and finishing at approx. Midday, we have some ideas in the pot that we are working on for the event and will update you soon.
